In a year-long association with designer duo Shivan and Narresh, the destination was chosen as the inspiration for creating their new range of high fashion luxury couture. The fashion maestros who have dressed international sensations like Beyoncé and Kim Kardashian are well known in India as innovative fashion forward designers specializing in prints and patterns and though leaders of the swim wear category.

To create an innovative and refreshing concept that will create brand recall and create conversation among the right set of audience.

As a seamless integration, the designers drew inspiration from the paradise islands of Seychelles and created a line of swimwear, travel wear, destination wedding wear and accessories which was showcased at a leading fashion show, Amazon Fashion Week. The EdoMer series comprised of five exclusive prints: La Digue, Praslin, Eden, Eden Noir and Sour Sop, all drawing inspiration from the islands of Seychelles.To capture true essence of the designs, Shivan and Narresh revisited Seychelles to conduct a photoshoot of the collection with a coveted crew of celebrity make-up artists, celebrity stylists, photographer, videographers and models. Not only was the collection available at the designers’ retail stores but was also showcased at various affiliated resort’s boutique stores as part of the collection. The clothes have also been adorned by various international and Indian celebrities, socialites at events, magazine photoshoots and award functions. Additionally, Seychelles Tourism Board partnered with the WeddingSutra Influencer Awards, where Shivan & Narresh shared stage for an interesting panel discussion on their design inspiration. Their concept tables at the event were dedicated to the islands of Praslin and La Digue with overlay feature designs of waves, sand and other elements showcased to create a tropical vibe of the destination.

Overall, the Shivan & Narresh collaboration generated a lot of positive buzz through word of mouth outreach whilst also generating over USD 110,000 PR value through a focused plan of communication in highlighting the campaign.
